Cyralo is built to reduce what teams have to read — not to hoard data. Mia is an assistant, not a surveillance tool.
What Mia can read
Messages in a Telegram group only after an admin adds her to that group.
Direct messages that people send to Mia's bot.
That's it. Mia cannot read your personal DMs, private chats, or any group she hasn't been added to. Telegram does not allow it and neither do we.
What Cyralo stores
We process messages to extract structured signals: question topics, counts, sentiment scores, risk flags, and Signal Packets from people reaching out.
Raw message text is held in a short-lived buffer (max ~48 hours) only to produce the daily brief, then discarded. We keep the aggregates and packets, not your community's raw chat logs.
We never ask for or store seed phrases or private keys. Mia treats any "connect wallet / send funds" request as a scam.
Consent & control
Mia only listens to a group when a group admin adds her and confirms setup.
In V1 Mia is read-only: she informs the team privately. She does not post, moderate, delete messages, or reply in the group unless explicitly invoked.
Remove Mia any time by removing the bot from the group — listening stops immediately, and buffered raw messages expire.
Honesty about "verification"
Mia collects and flags — she does not judge people. She records claims as claimed and flags risks as possible / needs review. She never labels a person "verified" or "a scammer." Deeper checks (on-chain wallet/holder verification) are in development and will only ever be shown when a real check has actually run.
